2013 March, Greater China launch of the new VERTU Ti - premium smartphone collection made of Titanium with personal assistance service installed. Event located on 100th floor of International Commerce Center (ICC), the tallest building in Hong Kong, so as to create the " Above the ordinary people " kind of feel. At the same time, guests can enjoy the 270 degree night view of Hong Kong.
The whole project was created without following any guideline from VERTU headquarter or their agency. After the launch event, following with window display design and production in Mainland China.
After reception, guests were be led to walk through a cyber tunnel which white LED lights were running through the tunnel.
At the unveiling zone, where cocktail, product presentation and launch will take place.
Three video screens positioned in angles will sit on the stage to create a “floating” look and feel., echoing the clean and modern Vertu image.
In this scene, CEO will be introduced on stage for presentation via a MC voice over and lighting effect.
Real Vertu products are hidden in four black mirror pillars before the launch moment. Upon the reveal moment, lighting effect will act as an introduction around the pillars, then the real products will be lighten up inside the black mirror pillar, as to bring a surprise to the audience and also to create intimacy.
After the launch, guests are encouraged to go to the engagement area where they can get detail information about the phone. Few partitions with graphics (made by silver wires) will be used to divide the area into different private zones and each will have a sales personnel to interact with the guests.
In dinner area, long tables will be set near the windows to create a grand and classy feel; while guests can enjoy the night view during dinner. Table setting – suspending light strip across the long table will create a sense of future.
